The Plant Health Forum " For the sake of a green world " was held in Baku under the joint organization of the Food Safety Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Agriculture. Employees of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of MSE RA, doctors of philosophy in biology Nargiz Sultanova, Samra Mirzayeva and Nargiz Bayramova participated in the forum. The forum was held to protect plants and plant products from harmful organisms, promote plant health through existing pest control and management, expand the production and safe trade of plants and crop products, provide a collaborative platform for national plant health agencies, regional and international organizations, government agencies, universities and reference laboratories to protect global food security and biodiversity. Representatives of several state institutions, foreign countries and international organizations, experts took part in the event and gave speeches. They talked about the reforms carried out in the agrarian field in our country, the work done in the direction of the development of plant growing and the achievements made in this field.
