Gunay Ismayilova, the researcher of the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of MSE RA, participated in the conference "Epigenetic Mechanisms of Crop Adaptation to Climate Change” (EPI-CATCH)" of the COST program held in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia on 04.06.2024-06.06.2024. The conference participants visited the vineyard and winery in Sremski Karlovci and got acquainted with the winemaking technologies. Scientists and researchers from different countries of the world participated in the conference. Gunay Ismayilova gave a speech on "Horizontal gene transfer and determination of retrotransposons in regenerating plants and callus of wheat plant" at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Novi Sad.
