Nobel prize winner Aziz Sanjar turned 79 years old

On September 8, Aziz Sanjar, Nobel prize winner, honorary member of ANAS, and professor of the Faculty of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the University of North Carolina, USA, turned 79. On this occasion, the vice president of ANAS, director general of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies, academician Irada Huseynova sent a congratulatory letter to Aziz Sanjar. Nobel prize winner Aziz Sanjar thanked for the congratulation. He highlighted that he considers Azerbaijan his Motherland and will help the growth of Azerbaijani science as much as possible. Aziz Sanjar also expressed his gratitude to the management of ANAS, noting that it was a great honor for him to be elected as an honorary member.
