On December 18, the dissertation work on the theme “Investigation of the responses of tomato cultivars (solanum lycopersicum l.) to drought stress, rehydration and potential biostimulants" submitted by Naima Niyazova, a researcher at the Bioadaptation Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the MSE AR, was discussed at the scientific seminar of the ED 1.25 Dissertation Council. The scientific supervisor of the dissertation submitted to receive the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy in biological science in the specialty "Biochemistry" 2406.02 is academician Irada Huseynova. Naima Niyazova commented on the main provisions of the dissertation and discussions were held on the topic. The council members expressed their proposals to the applicant and noted the dissertation topic's modernity, relevance, scientific, and practical importance. Based on the vote results, it was decided that Naima Niyazova's dissertation work would go to the main defense.
