By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, Vice-President of ANAS and Director General of the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the Ministry of Science and Education, Academician Irada Huseynova has been awarded the “Order of Glory” for her contributions to the development of science in the country and on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. This high state award is a recognition at the national level of the scientist’s invaluable services in the organization of science, in advancing fundamental and applied research in the fields of molecular biology and biotechnology, and in training young scientists over many years. Under Irada Huseynova’s leadership, significant progress has been achieved in shaping modern scientific directions, expanding international cooperation, and ensuring the worthy representation of Azerbaijani science in the global scientific arena.
