On November 5, 2025, by a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), several prominent scientists were awarded state orders, medals, and honorary diplomas. This decree not only acknowledges individual achievements but also highlights the strategic importance of systematic support for scientific activity and strengthening the country’s scientific potential. The decree motivates the scientific community and paves the way for new results. These awards will further reinforce the dynamic development of Azerbaijani science in recent years, especially ANAS’s international recognition, the number of innovative projects, and the engagement of young people in scientific work. Academician Irada Huseynova, awarded the “Shohrat” Order, expressed her joy, deep excitement, and sense of responsibility at this recognition.
