At the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, special importance is attached to improving foreign language proficiency in order to support the professional development of employees and expand international scientific cooperation. For this purpose, English and German language courses are organized at the Institute. The English language classes are conducted by Ayten Vahabzade, a specialist of the International Cooperation Sector of the Institute, while the German language classes are taught by Aynura Budagova, Chief Specialist of the same sector. The training sessions are delivered using interactive methods, with particular emphasis on the practical application of language skills. Foreign language courses constitute an important component of the Institute’s international cooperation strategy and contribute to the integration of its staff into the global scientific community.
