On March 11–14, training sessions were held with the organizational support of the “Bir Könüllü” Student Cooperation Public Union and hosted by the Institute of Molecular Biology of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The main objective of the training was to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of young specialists studying in this field. Within the framework of the program, participants became familiar with innovative research methods applied in modern molecular biology and biotechnology and learned the operating principles of laboratory equipment and instruments. They were provided with detailed information on the role of various technological tools in the research process and their impact on the obtained results. During the training, students also expanded their knowledge of scientific research planning, the application of modern methods, and their practical implementation. Alongside theoretical knowledge, special attention was given to the development of practical skills. At the end of the program, an interactive Q&A session was organized, during which participants exchanged ideas with the trainers and received answers to their questions. These discussions further increased the participants’ interest in scientific research. It should be noted that such initiatives contribute to the professional development of young researchers and serve as an important stimulus for their future scientific activity.
