The head of the Biotechnology and Bioengineering Laboratory of the Institute of Molecular Biology, PhD in Biology, Associate Professor Mahira Mammadova, researcher Aygun Sadigova, and junior researcher Vusala Jafarova were on a scientific mission in the Zagatala district on 28–29 April 2026. During the mission, planting material was obtained from the Zagatala Experimental Station of the Fruit Growing and Tea Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The planned research activities will be continued under laboratory conditions.
