October 5 is World Teachers’ Day.

In 1966, the International Labour Organization (ILO) and UNESCO adopted the “Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers.” This year marks the 60th anniversary of the adoption of this important document.

The day aims to highlight the important role of teachers in the development of society and in the education and upbringing of children and young people, as well as to express respect and gratitude for their work. World Teachers’ Day was first celebrated in 1994.

On the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to all teachers and wish them abundant success in their honourable and responsible work!
