Faig Musayev, Professor  of the Department of Drug Discovery and Development at the Virjinia Federal University in the USA, visited Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of ANAS on 24 November. The scientist got acquainted with the laboratories of the institute and researches  carried out. A seminar with the participation of the well-known scientist in the field of Structural Biology was held on the discovery of modern drugs by using the structure of proteins and crystallography. His speech was highly appreciated by the staff of the institute,  and he answered the questions. At the end, the director of the institute, academic Irada Huseynova thanked the guest and noted the importance of such meetings, especially for the youth.
