Young researchers of IMBB participated in the II international scientific conference “Multidisciplinary approaches to the solution of modern problems of fundamental and applied sciences” + Photo Mar 10, 2020 | 12:41 / Conferences, assemblies

On March 3-6,2020, II international scientific conference “Multidisciplinary approaches to the solution of modern problems of fundamental and applied sciences” organized by Council of Young scientists and specialists of ANAS was held. The event, co-financed by the SOCAR Science Foundation, was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of ANAS. Discussions and poster presentations were held on “Intellectual systems and technologies”, “Molecular biotechnology and gene engineering”, “Theoretical and applied problems of earth sciences”, “Nanotechnology and materials science”, “Modern problems of applied chemistry”, “Varied scientific and theoretical problems of the Caspian Sea”, “Today’s social and humanitarian problems” and “First steps in science (special section for gifted students)”. In total, about 200 young researchers presented the results of their research, theoretical and practical studies, and a broad exchange of views was held among the participants. About 100 young scientists presented the main results of research in posters at the Exhibition hall of ANAS. The presentations were met with great interest by the local and foreign scientists.

Young researchers represented the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. One of the organizers of the conference, chairman of the Council of Young scientists and specialists, associate professor Ulduza Gurbanova listened to more than 25 reports. The reports and posters of the young researchers Lala Aydinli, Nahida Aliyeva, Nargiz Bayramova, Aynura Pashayeva, Turana Isgandarova, Elgul Gafarova, Fidan Yusifova, Afet Mustafazade, Nurana Gurbanova, Firuze Rzayeva were met with great interest by the participants.
