On April 23, warning and gathering training of Civil Defense Forces was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies. Ogtay Farzaliyev, Head of Civil Defense Headquarters of the Institute of Geology and Geophysics said that the main aim was to form a safe life-style culture, attract public attention to the problem of emergency, and he emphasized importance of managing yourself and helping others in such cases. He also informed the participants about the natural and technical disasters that have taken place and number of causalities, losses in recent years.
