Academician Isa Habibbayli: "Admission to doctoral studies is going to be held in July-August"

The admission process to the doctoral program is scheduled for July-August. This was reported by the first vice-president of ANAS, academician Isa Habibbayli.
According to him, admission to the doctoral program was held in November-December until last year. This created certain difficulties in the organization of doctoral education.
Academician I.Habibbayli noted that this decision will remain in force if there are no difficulties in conducting exams due to the pandemic period.
First vice-president added that no changes were made to the rules of examinations: “Examinations on specialty subjects are organized by the relevant institute, philosophy examination is organized by ANAS in a centralized manner. The exam on foreign language is conducted by the State Examination Center.
