On April 3, the next meeting of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Sabail district Sunbul territorial party organization was held at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnologies of the MSE RA. The general director of the Institute, vice-president of ANAS, academician Irada Huseynova, opened the event, then noted that independent Azerbaijan continues its dynamic development in all fields today. The wise domestic and foreign policy defined by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev is successfully continued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The restoration of our territorial integrity in a short time under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief has opened up new opportunities and perspectives for the sustainable development of our economy. Reconstruction and repair-construction and implementation of infrastructure projects are being successfully continued in our lands freed from occupation. He said that the New Azerbaijan Party has become a national party since its foundation and worked for the development of Azerbaijan during its existence. The party was created in the difficult days of Azerbaijan. At that time, 91 intellectuals thinking about the future of Azerbaijan appealed to the great leader Heydar Aliyev in the "Ses" newspaper for the creation of such a party. We are proud that many employees of our institute, especially the late academician Jalal Aliyev, actively participated in the social and political life of the country during that difficult period of Azerbaijan. Scholars of our institute were among the intellectuals who signed that famous appeal, which went down in history as the famous "91's appeal".

Mukhtar Naghiyev, Chairman of the YAP Sabail regional organization, who participated in the event, talked about the history of the party, the unparalleled services of the party's founder Heydar Aliyev in the history of Azerbaijan, the work done by the party under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, and the Victory won in the 44-day Patriotic War. Mukhtar Nagiyev presented the Order of Honor of the organization to academician Irada Huseynova for her active participation in the social and political life of the Sabail district organization of the New Azerbaijan Party. Later, membership cards were given to newly admitted party members.

At the event, a member of the YAP Veterans’ Council, a correspondent member of ANAS from the famous "91s", prof. Ibrahim Azizov, a veteran of the First Karabakh War, PhD, Assoc. Nurmammad Mustafayev, PhD Aynura Pashayeva, Ph.D., Assoc. Ulduza Gurbanova made speech. At the end of the event, a commemorative photo was taken with the new members of YAP.
