The first issue of the 2nd (75) volume of the "Journal of Life Sciences and Biomedicine", the official organ of the Division of Biological and Medical Sciences of ANAS, was published.

All articles in the journal with a new title are published in English. This issue of the journal is dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the outstanding scientist, founder of the National School of Physiology in Azerbaijan, academician Abdulla Garayev. The journal opens with an article by the director of the Institute of Physiology. acad. A. Garayev, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Ulduz Hashimova, dedicated to the life and work, scientific achievements of the outstanding scientist.
